IDENTIFY

 

Get to know your organization. We gather as much information as possible to learn about your organization and establish objectives.

SCREEN & AUDIT

Screen and Identify exposures. During the screening process, we ask a series of risk management questions designed to identify risk and to recommend enhanced and appropriate coverage for the foreseen and unforeseen exposure.

We will audit insurance policy coverage, rates, classifications and premium. We will also review relevant loss data to determine premium vs. loss ratios, which will be used in PREMIUM NEGOTIATIONS”.  Loss narratives will then be prepared providing  a clear understanding to carrier underwriters of any losses. Steps will then be taken to reduce and minimize loss moving forward.

Based on our findings we will prepare and implement an effective action plan and a stellar submission to the insurance brokers selected in the marketing campaign.  A stellar application makes for happy carrier underwriters. When the underwriter can see the whole picture, an underwriter’s willingness to pursue the risk/application at hand increases exponentially. Thus, the underwriter will price the account competitively.

During his 15 year tenure with a national brokerage firm, Bob had the opportunity to work with multiple insurance consultants representing the general public. These insurance consultants charge significant and substantial annual fees to prepare specifications for their clients, and deliver these specifications to various local, regional, and national brokers/agents, for the purpose of marketing their clients insurance renewals. 

 

Accordingly, if the broker or agent has the winning bid (decided by the insurance consultant) the broker acquires the client and provides all broker services normally associated with insurance agency/broker  relationships between insured client and broker.

These insurance consultants would often solicit a national brokerage to participate in the marketing process, as one of the selected brokers.  Bob's national brokerage experience provided a platform to create a unique, non fee consultant service.
